The Basics
Full name: Rachael Ginevra Potter
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Year: 7th
House: Gryffindor
Appearance
Celeb Claim: Sophia Bush
Hair: Rachael has thick, silky dark brown hair that she likes to wear fairly long. Her hair is naturally wavy, so sometimes she just leaves it down to curl into its natural spirals. If she gets annoyed with it, she will usually pull it back into a low, loose ponytail. Occasionally, she will straighten it or curl the whole thing into spirals.
Eyes: Rachael's eyes are one of her best features. They are a bright, hazel-green, starred with dark lashes. When she's wearing green, her eyes turn to a vivid apple-green hue. Usually, Rachael doesn't wear any make-up apart from a little brown eyeliner. Even the tiniest amount of make-up enhances her eyes alarmingly.
Height: 5'7"
Skin Tone: Rachael has fairly clear skin, with a few freckles here and there. She has to be careful when tanning, because she burns quite easily. But she can also get quite a nice tan.
Personality
Basic personality: Rachael is a very interesting girl if you take the time to get to know her. She is very down-to-earth and realistic, not the type of girl you would catch daydreaming about things she'll never have. Miss Potter believes in working for what she wants, and she does indeed have jobs during the summer so that she has spending money. Rachael has a very sarcastic sense of humor, and some find it hard to tell at times if she's being serious, or if she is totally joking. Rachael is a smart girl, and she gets overall good grades, but sometimes she can't resist pulling pranks on teachers. And that definitely doesn't win her their favoritism. Rachael's theory on life is that you should live each day as if it were your last, and not to regret anything. She also has a theory on regret: Why regret something? At that time, it was exactly the right thing to do.
Like a true Gryffindor, Rachael can be extremely stubborn. She has a fiery temperament, and so her parents dislike trying to change her mind about anything at all. Because of her stubbornness, Rachael can be a bit close-minded at times. She has very strong beliefs, and she hates people telling her that she is wrong. Despite her many flaws, Isabel is a good and loyal friend. She would do anything to help a friend in need, even though she may seem indifferent at times. Around guys, Rachael is quite the flirt, and if she thinks someone is cute, she won't hesitate to let them know. At the moment, there really isn't anybody Rachael fancies. Well, not anybody she cares to tell about...

History
History: Rachael Ginevra Potter was born on a windy September afternoon in London, England, to Harry and Ginny Potter. She came the last of a set of triplets, being the only girl. As her aunt Hermione says, Rachael came into the world kicking and screaming, and she hasn't changed much. Her father, Harry Potter, was killed in the battle against Voldemort before Rachael was born, and her mother died in childbirth. As an infant, Rachael was a little trouble-maker. She was constantly crawling places and getting lost, and getting into trouble. Her toddler was even worse. There was one memorable time when Rachael was tearing through the house and she collided head-long with their dining room table. Although she was knocked unconscious and her worried aunt and uncle rushed her to St. Mungo's, Rachael only suffered a bruise to the head, and it was wiped clean in seconds by a Healer.
Growing up as the only daughter of "The Boy Who Lived" hasn't been easy for Rachael. Sure, she likes attention, but not the kind with cameras flashing in her face and reporters bombarding her with questions. Especially questions about her parents. Like her father, Rachael is fated to never know her parents. Although Rachael has been happy growing up with her aunt and uncle, Ron and Hermione, there's a part of her that's missing, a part that will never be filled. People at Hogwarts don't treat her like she's famous, but some in the wizarding world do, and she finds it quite annoying. After all, she never did anything special, it was her father. She is grateful for the fact that people don't moon over her at school.
All three of the Potter children received letters of acceptance to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry on the same day. Ron and Hermione were thrilled that their adopted children were accepted at the school they'd gotten to. But they weren't surprised. Although they were never the wealthiest family, they went out and bought all three of them the best supplies for school they could afford. When she first started at Hogwarts, Rachael loved it, and she still does. She never felt lonely or scared; she had her brothers, and a year later, she had her cousin there, too, who was like her sister. Another two years later and her youngest cousin was attending Hogwarts, and they were all there as a family.
Now Rachael is in her seventh and final year at Hogwarts. Although she is very clever and intelligent, she isn't the top in her year. Sometimes she simply finds better things to do with her time.
